As part of an artists’ residency in Laurac, from November 2017 to March 2018, we reached out to the local inhabitants, the heart and soul of the village. Sixty-six of them agreed to join this astonishing photographic adventure.
Aged from 5 to 90, they will be waiting for you as you make your way through the exhibition.
We have attempted to create images which are not just esthetically pretty - they let each individual’s personality shine through.

Desde noviembre del 2017 hasta marzo del 2018 hemos convivido con los habitantes de Laurac. 66 vecinos se han involucrado en esta aventura fotográfica apasionante. Son el alma del pueblo.
Con edades que van desde los 5 hasta los 90 años están esperando que los conozcáis en esta exposición. Nos hemos esforzado en no quedarnos en un mero enfoque estético sino conseguir plasmar la verdadera personalidad de cada una de las personas fotografiadas.

Im Rahmen einer künstlerischen Partnerschaft mit Laurac (Aude, Südwestfrankreich), sind wir von November 2017 bis März 2018 durch die Stadt gezogen um ihre Einwohner kennen zu lernen.
Sechsundsechzig von ihnen haben sich entschieden bei diesem aufregenden fotografischen Abenteuer mitzumachen. Sie sind die Seele des Dorfes.
Sie sind von 5 bis 90 Jahre alt und sie werden Ihnen alle während dieser Ausstellung begegnen.
Wir haben uns bemüht, über einen einfachen ästhetischen Ansatz hinaus Bilder zu machen, die die Persönlichkeit jedes einzelnen fotografierten Menschen offenbaren.

Durant una trobada d’artistes a Laurac,  de novembre de 2017 a  març de 2018, vam anar a trobar-nos amb els seus vilatans. Seixanta-sis d’ells van acceptar participar  en aquesta apassionant aventura fotogràfica . Ells son l’ànima del poble.
Tenen entre 5 i 90 anys i us atendran al llarg de tota l’exposició.
Ens hem esforçat, més enllà d’un simple enfocament estètic, per crear imatges que revelin la personalitat de cadascun dels individus fotografiats.

Nell'ambito della residenza d'artista da novembre 2017 a marzo 2018 a Laurac, siamo andati all'incontro degli abitanti. settanta di loro si sono investiti in questa aventura fotografica appasionante. Sono l'anima del paese.

 

Da 5 a 90 anni , vi aspettano durante tutta questa mostra .

 

Ci siamo sforzati, aldilà di una semplice avvicinanza estetica, di realizzare dei cliché che lasciano percepire la personalita di ogni individuo fotografato.
